Opis posla
An Account Manager is responsible for:
Managing a group of accounts in a geographic territory, by:
- understanding the tire and service market in his/her territory,
- the delivery of the expected business results for his/her accounts,
- the implementation of professionalism action plans,
- the development of the Company/ account relationships
The clients can be tyre dealers, retailers (workshops) or wholesales, and other partners according to our distribution approach
Territory: whole territory of Bosnia
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of the local market & distribution flows
- Exposure to the implementation of marketing campaigns would be an advantage.
- Exposure to the contact with clients coming from different professional and social backgrounds
- English – advanced level, minimum technical vocabulary
- MS Office – good knowledge of Excel
- Available to travel over 50% of the working time
- Very good communication skills, able to set and develop a commercial partnership with the dealers
- Respect for methods and rules, high level of autonomy on the field
- Good mix between team work and ability to work on his own
- Balanced, able to communicate both with end users and dealers.
Our client offers:
Initial training for Account Managers, training in Bucharest or UK
The training lasts for 12 weeks of both theory and field work, under the guidance of experienced colleagues and trainers
It is also an assessment, ending with a final test which can be eliminatory if the results are low – the rate of promotion is higher than 90%

Fixed salary + annual performance bonus
