Stalan posao SEO Account Manager

Opis posla

First Beat Media is looking for a full service SEO client representative, to deal with all the client SEO proposals, issues, reports, invoices and payments.

Daily Tasks:

  • On-board New Clients
    – Send New Client Onboarding Documentation
    – Setup Skype Call to figure out client goals
    – Setup SEO Proposal based on client needs
    – Give Expectations to Client
  •  Manage Existing Clients
    – Use ActiveCollab to place all SEO orders based on SEO proposals
    – Send Weekly/Bi-Weekly or Monthly Reports as clients wish
    – Possibly Keyword Ranking Reports
    – Possibly SEO Activity Reports
    – etc..
  • Send Monthly Invoice To Client for Services Rendered
  • Ensure Services are up to Clients Expectations
  • Ensure Client has been Paid
  • Client is always right
    – Resolve conflicts, links
  • Schedule Weekly/Bi-Weekly or monthly skype chats with client
    – Be available during working hours for any client issues/questions
  • Get client approval for Press Releases, etc

Skills Needed:

Should be well versed in all areas of SEO and Internet marketing  (2+ years experience).
Should understand the Benefits of all SEO techniques, which ones are white hat, gray hat, black hat, and how effective each one is. This will ensure that client is satisfied and results that are expected are generated.
The elementary billing and accounting knowledge would be preferable.
