Your job responsibilities:
- Daily communications with clients in English over the phone
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
- Managing the sales process with corporate sales strategies
- Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
- Providing clients with information related to company products and services
- Working in state-of-the-art CRM database along with other sophisticated software’s
- Updates job knowledge, participating in educational opportunities
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
