Consulting/marketing firm with activities in several markets is looking for
Web / Graphic Designer
Job requirements:
- Design webpages, newsletters, corporate brochures and stationery, marketing materials, visual guidelines, catalogs, flyers, web banners and other promotional material
- Preparing artwork for print and online implementation
- Designing the visualx needed for the websites (banners, teasers, sliders) and brand and company presentations
- Assist/collaborate with other internal and external web/graphic developers and designers
- Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the company’s objectives
- Work thoroughly on a corporate identity, having in mind both consistency and innovation
- Work closely with colleagues from other departments to create a vision and conceive designs that translate the business goals well into final materials
- Create persuasive corporate, sales and marketing presentations, and visual aspect of other corporate communication products, primarily, but not only in the digital world
- Create design for newsletters, digital marketing solutions, social media posts, info-graphich, websites and social media products
- Keep pace with emerging trends and technologies related to design, especially in new media
- Successfully manage and coordinate graphic design projects from concept trough completion
- Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
- Experience in web portal and web based application-designing solutions
- Interested in developing interactive designs Work with a wide range of media
- Collaborate with management team and other colleagues to ensure consistency of brand identity
- Meet deadlines and requirements
- Regular reporting to the Head of the Department
Expected skills and experience:
- Demonstrated graphic design skills with a portfolio
- Solid experience in creating storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in at least two major design file formats such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of Search Enging Optimization process (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems in a creative and efficient way
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Expert understanding of multimedia design and experience in creating both digital and print solutions
- Demonstrate hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to communicate and prioritize while managing multiple projects
