Opis posla
Job Description
1) Supporting a Dealer manager through:
Receiving Quotation request form and turning them into quotes by liaising with account manager & technical department
Answering incoming dealer sales / pre-sales calls when the given Dealer Channel Manager is not available.
Calling key contacts at dealers to make them aware of our services.
2) Invoicing using our invoicing system – checking received orders and making sure that they correspond with the quotes before invoicing the customer. Recording this on webCRM and creating maintenance leads for every system and small ticket items maintenance contract-
3) Maintenance:
Issuing maintenance renewal, email reminders and chasing by phone
Ensuring invoices are sent out promptly and correctly.
Making sure that all maintenance leads are up to date
Informing Technical Support/Customer Services when maintenance is renewed to order licence key for 3rd party software using webCRM
Updating licence programs with expired or renewed maintenance for ITS software
Ensuring all maintenance reports are up to date & keep maintenance files in good order.
4) Post Sales Care
Confirming Orders Received – Making sure that everybody is aware that order is received and setting up the recall for the relevant department
5) General administration.
6) Enforcing the proper use of in-house customer database
7) You will also be required to keep good records on customer profiles, deal with suppliers, telephone work, photocopying, filing and any other general office duties as they might arise. You may be required to carry out other work within the company from time to time as the company must be flexible in order to be able to adapt to the market conditions and customer requirements.
However, the obligations upon you will inevitably vary and develop and the Employer reserves the right at any time during your employment to require you to undertake any duties, which fall within your capabilities. The Employer also reserves the right to require you to attend exhibitions or training courses and to require you to remain away from home for such period as is reasonably necessary to comply with this requirement.
