Fiberglass Laminator

Boat Maintenance Ltd. is looking for a Fiberglass Laminator to join their team in Malta!

Responsibility:

Laminate layers of fiberglass on molds to form or refurbish boat decks and hulls.

Duties:

  • Repair, replace, and refinish wood and fiberglass floors, stringers, bulkheads, transoms, and hulls.
  • Repair boat hulls and interiors by removing, measuring, fabricating, and re-attaching the required parts.
  • Refinish small to large areas of boats by applying gel coat and/or paint.
  • Maintain quality service by following repair standards and conducting final inspections.
  • Conduct general cosmetic maintenance on boats (cleaning, polishing, waxing).

Requirements:

  • Marine Fiberglass experience required (5 years minimum).
  • Gel-coat/Paint application.
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively.
