Opis posla
The Namers is a Swiss- Serbian start-up company, based in Belgrade and Zurich.
We offer customized, cost-effective, high quality Digital Learning solutions to clients from various industries as well as consulting services in the area of corporate or institutional training with an emphasis on Blended Learning and Gamification.
We are in the process of building up our Belgrade Lab as a design and development hub for our Digital Learning content production. We are seeking a student, young professional or freelancer to help and support us in our endeavor as a:
Instructional Designer/ E-Learning Developer (f/m)
(Freelance and permanent contracts)
Job description:
Assistance and support of web-based e-learning development
Creation of custom graphic designs like backgrounds, avatars and animations
Game development for e-learnings, mobile learning applications etc.
Implementation and review of complete e-learnings, mobile learning content
Administrative support and database maintenance
Qualifications and requirements:
You are a self-reliant, creative and open-minded, communicative person
You are a flexible part-time student in the final phase of your studies,
a young professional or an experienced professionals seeking a great job opportunity
You have graphic design and drawing skills (Adobe Photoshop, Gimp or similar)
You are a fast learner and you can acquire skills quickly on your own; we do not require specific working experience but a strong will and dedication to learn with us
You have strong computer skills (Office, Adobe Photoshop etc.)
You are fluent in English and/or German, knowledge of other languages like French, Italian, Russian or Mandarin is very welcome but not mandatory
What we offer: You will be working autonomously as well within an international team and have the opportunity to develop, create and implement creative and effective digital learning solutions on your own. Of course we will provide you with all the training and the support required. After an initial freelance/ probation time phase (1-3 months) you’ll be offered a permanent contract.
