Opis posla

Consulting/marketing company with activities in several markets is looking for

 

JUNIOR ASSOCIATE(S)

 

The main duties and responsibilities: 

  • Business correspondence and communications, including translation
  • Remote general office assistance
  • Remote assistance to sales, business development and marketing associates
  • Market, Corporate and Business research
  • Data collection, verification and analysis
  • Report production, storing and distribution
  • Other business analysis and support to the management

Required qualifications and experience: 

  • HIGH productivity level (ability to execute tasks reliably and quickly, while reaching objectives)
  • Minimum educational requirement: completion of recognized college – any
  • Minimum work experience requirement: 1 year in any sector
  • Excellent knowledge of ENGLISH – written and spoken – is a must
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following languages is a KEY ADVANTAGE: German, Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic, Polish, Greek, Hungarian, Serbian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Czech, Croatian, Slovak, Macedonian, Slovenian 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (required excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as advanced internet search skills

Any experience in one or more of the following fields is welcome:

  • Business Development
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Government-related work
  • Marketing & PR industry, including advertising and event agencies
  • Web and graphic design and production
  • Ability to work flexible working hours (start / end, days of the week)
  • Discrete and responsible
