Consulting/marketing company with activities in several markets is looking for an
ASSISTANT (JUNIOR/SENIOR), MARKETING
Job description
- Carrying out desk and field market research and creating reports
- Maintaining media and other databases
- Maintaining social and digital accounts including websites
- Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
- Preparing texts, drafts and mock-ups for the production of marketing materials and literature, brochures, websites and other communication tools
- Providing market tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends on competition, trade and consumers
- Setting-up promotional campaigns for our companies, brands, products and services
- Any ad hoc duties or tasks as required for the purpose of business growth and development
Skills/Qualification
- High productivity level (ability to execute tasks reliably and quickly, while reaching objectives)
- 2 years of full-time work experience with minimum 1 year related to the job (JUNIOR)
- 3 years of full-time work experience with minimum 1 year related to the job (SENIOR)
- Job related experience: marketing, sales, business development, promotion, customer/client/account service or similar roles in FMCG, franchising, retailing, trading, import, export, distribution, wholesale, advertising/agency and similar industries
- Experience in using social and digital media including Facebook, Twitter and other is a must – ideally complemented by maintaining template-based websites and doing regular postings on social media sites
- Government-related work is considered a major asset
- Excellent knowledge of English – written and spoken is a must
- Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage: German, Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic, Polish, Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Czech, Croatian, Slovak, Macedonian, Slovenian
- Knowledge of any other language may be beneficial
- Proficiency in these Microsoft Office applications is a must: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with other Microsoft Office applications and other internet and digital applications may be a plus
- Working/living experience in different countries is considered a significant asset
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal are a must
- Must have ability to work as a team player
- Must have attention to detail
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- Professional demeanor and highly presentable appearance are required
- Must not have any criminal record and must have good credit/financial history
