Opis posla
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for performing activities in support of a range of marketing activities, including, but not limited to, inbound marketing, event marketing, digital marketing, social media, demand generation/brand awareness and lead generation. As such, the qualified individual must possess the ability to coordinate and carry out multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Write marketing collateral and other documentation for both print and digital mediums
Review customer-facing and internal marketing collateral and communications to ensure technical and grammatical accuracy as well as brand consistency
Perform layout and formatting of marketing collateral and other marketing materials in a manner consistent with visual brand guidelines
Coordinate logistics for event marketing activities, including trade shows and webinars
Direct efforts of external vendors including marketing, digital marketing, public relations and advertising agencies as well as graphic designers, copywriters, printers and others
Manage purchasing process through all phases to ensure timely procurement of all goods and services required to support marketing efforts
Administer sales and channel enablement portals and ensure version control of all files therein
Maintain company social media accounts and monitor social media channels and other online outlets for activity relevant to company
Assist with the execution and reporting of marketing campaigns
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills (please provide three writing samples)
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective time management skills for assigned projects and deliverables
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and willingness to learn new software and applications as needed to complete responsibilities (HubSpot, GoToWebinar, etc.)
Capacity to interface effectively with cross-departmental teams, chiefly the Sales, Product Management, Technical Documentation and Software Development teams
Strong attention to detail
Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team
Education & Experience:
2-4 years experience in marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
