Opis posla
Responsibilities:
– Generate relationship between customer and provides long-term engagement through excellent service
– Create innovative and targeted support development tailored to customers stage in their professional environment.
– Ensure highest level of support and customers satisfaction through the process using top notch communication skills via phone/email.
– Maximizing the potential of client
– Maintaining contact with clients and follow up on them for future business prospect.
– Handle the CRM on day to day management.
– Extend and maintain portfolio of existing and new clients
– Follow a Sales Methodology with appropriate service for the needs of a customer.
Requirements:
-Fluency in German language (at least B2 level) and English language (at least B1)
– Experience in Sales environment is desirable
– Accountability for measured results in order volume, accuracy and quality.
– Assertive sales individual with excellent communication skills
– Good interpersonal, psychological and analytical skills
– Previous experience in working with customers over phone
– Excellent customer service mindset and attitude to follow their needs
– Be proactive and effective team member
