EuroDesk, a company that provides services in the field of information technology and business process outsourcing, is looking for a person for the position:

 

Service Desk analyst – Italian language

Job Description:

  • EuroDesk operates a Service Desk centerbasedin Belgrade and aimed to support Italian clients on business processes, IT applications and infrastructure. The candidate will be trained on relevant knowledge (IT, Business or application processes as needed) starting from a strong Italian language background. The analyst will work in a team of young and highly educated Italian linguists with technical skills to deliver professional support to major corporate Clients located in Italy as well as the rest of the world.

Candidates profile and qualifications:

  • Very good to Excellent Italian language skills (both written and spoken)
  • The successfulcandidates should havean exposure or, preferably, personal predisposition toIT related topics, with practicalknowledgegainedthrougheducation orwork experiencein this field
  • Candidatesshould know the basis ofpersonal computing:hardware, operating systems, as well as theprinciplesof networking.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, especially listening skills
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment

Fluent spoken and written knowledge of Italian language and English is a must. Candidates with no Italian linguistic skills will be discarded. Knowledge of any additional foreign language (i.e. French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) is a strong plus.
