Opis posla

Invest In Serbia and its partner companies are looking for System Engineers of 2. and 3. level.

Main Purpose of Role:

► Provide 3rd line support for fault cases and change requests.

► Manage larger project delivery and solutions within change requests.

► Take internal escalations from the rest of the Support desk.

Skills

► Self-motivated; good time-keeping and customer-value work ethic.

► Working knowledge of Wide-Area networking technologies, topologies and routing protocols

► Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills; gathers evidence, investigates solutions, considers implications for the business, goal-orientated

► Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Knowledge & Experience

► Strong background in Telecommunication environment

► Demonstrable experience with Juniper EX/SRX/MX and Cisco chassis.

► Able to demonstrate knowledge of networking topologies and routing protocols

► Confident in the levels of the OSI model and how it relates to fault finding.

► Strong knowledge in OSPF and BGP in an ISP environment.

► Strong knowledge in layer two protocols. (VPLS, 802.1ad, STP)

► Experience with Fortinet Fortigate chassis.

► Proficient in packet capture and interpretation.

► Good organisational skills

Academic & Professional Qualifications

► Cisco or Juniper accreditation to at least CCNP or JNCIS level
