Ski School and Ski Rental Attendant
Job Location: Kopaonik
Job Status: Seasonal (Mid December 2019 – Mid April 2020)
Position Summary:
The Ski School and Ski Rental Attendant will store and retrieve ski equipment in an efficient and courteous manner. Provide the maximum assistance with respect to all ski school and ski rental related services
- Monthly salary: 650 EUR
- Working hours: 8:30-17:00, Monday – Saturday (Sunday free)
- Free accommodation provided
- Free lunch provided
- Free ski lessons provided (two hours per a week – value 50 EUR)
- Free ski equipment provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for booking ski lessons and other ski rental related activities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer’s emails
Store and retrieve ski equipment
Keep the Ski Room area neat and clean at all times
Skills:
Fluent English required
Basic knowledge of Windows and Android
Candidate’s profile:
Customer – oriented mindset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems
