To complete our Dream Team, we are looking for women and men that will be responsible for the impeccable service at our restaurant, bar and beach lounge. The position can be summed up as Guest Steward and Waitress

As a Guest Steward you will be trained to know all about our establishment and the area where we are located. As a Waitress, you will be trained to know all about the food and drink we serve in our establishment. You will also present immaculately and act as an ambassador to our brand.

Because of our geographical environment (the hotel is made up of units built on a steep incline) and the physical requirements of the position, this employment is ideally suited for physically fit individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth service in our restaurant, bar and beach lounge.
• Actively helping in the drive of sales and profit.
• To champion the quality and freshness of our food in our restaurant.
• To champion the large selection of drinks and cocktails of our bar.
• To ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• To bring fun to the workplace and ensure a happy and motivated interaction with other staff members.
• To maintain a safe workplace and an immaculately clean establishment.

About the role:

As a Waitress/Waiter and Guest Steward, you will be reporting to the restaurant Manager.

Your task will be to serve our guests and assist them whenever and in whatever manner is possible so that their stay will be a memorable and pleasurable one.

You will remember at all times that our guests have honored us by spending not only their money, but also and more importantly, their precious time by coming to stay with us.

You will at all times excel at customer experience. You will need to be confident and pro-active in your service and ensure that you have the knowledge to be able to speak about the food and drinks we serve as well as the location were we operate.

You will proactively upsell our food, our drinks and our activities in a manner that never appears to be pushy.

Command of English is a requirement. Croatian as well as any other EU language is a plus.

Lastly, please note that we have a no smoking policy for our employees in our premises. If you smoke, you will be allowed to do so on your free time and you will need to ensure personal hygiene so that it is not noticeable to our guests.
