Marketing company with activities in several markets is looking for a
WEB / GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Job description
- Design newsletters, corporate brochures and stationery, marketing materials, visual guidelines, catalogs, flyers, web banners and other promotional material
- Design visuals needed for the websites and digital marketing solutions and social media posts
- Build and maintain brand and corporate websites using template models
- Assist/collaborate with other internal and external web/graphic developers and designers
- Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the company’s objectives
- Work thoroughly on a corporate identity, having in mind both consistency and innovation
- Collaborate with management team and other colleagues to ensure consistency of brand identity
Skills/Qualification
- High productivity level (ability to execute tasks reliably and quickly, while reaching objectives)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as freelancer or 1 year in an agency
- Demonstrated graphic design skills with a portfolio
- Solid experience in creating storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in major design and related file formats such as AI, EPS, INDD, PSD, PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF and other
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping (desirable but not essential)
- Expert understanding of multimedia design and experience in creating both digital and print solutions
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Excellent knowledge of English – written and spoken is a must
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal are a must
- Must have ability to work as a team player
- Must have attention to detail
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- Professional demeanour and highly presentable appearance are required
- Must not have any criminal record
